First, the design of the background is nice. It's colorful, creative, and nice flying (fish?) things. I like how it's speckled above a nice design. The choice of colors is nice there. The bird itself is nice too, but has some anatomy flaws. First, parrots (like woodpeckers), are zygodactyle. That means they have four toes (like most birds), with two toes pointing front, and one back. That's something to keep in mind. It helps parrots climb and pick things up with their feet. Second, the tail's a bit off to the side. I know it's that way in the picture, but since she's sitting on a branch here, and not a flat surface, it should be fixed so it points downwards. I liked the detail on the feathers. The head could be more rounded and less sticking out at the beak, but that's okay. I like how you made those highlights on the beak, too. I can say a few things on the wing, but it's probably just part of the style.
