This is some AMAZING art. It's so original. The shading is really effective, and I love how the artist added The Taj mahal, The Eifel Tower, The Leaning Tower of Piza, The Big Ben, and the Egyptian pyramids. It's like something out of a dream. The proportioning is also great. There is so much detail on the buildings and wings. The girl's butterfly outfit is really cute. The way the colors fade on the wings is beutiful. The fact that only the girl is colored makes her really pop out. The artist did a great job. This is seriosly AWESOME.
this is one of the MOST AMAZING pieces of art I have ever seen!(and believe me,I've seen a lot!) The proportion of the body fits with the wings. The color makes the whole thing seem to come to life!!If you forced me to complain(which I won't!)is that, maby,JUST maby, the legs are a little bit off...BUT WHO IN THE HEACK OF TIME CARES!!besides, the black-and-white backround, mixed withed the color of the orange, white and black wings makes up for it!!the hair was done well, including how the style was made!the shadow on the top of the legs, then normal color going down really makes it look real and authentic. It looks like it'll jump out at you it's so good!
I'm not gonna write a critique but I just had to say that (as you know it already) this is really a great piece of art. An awesome work with colors and grey which is really pleasant to the eye! (I don't even talk about the technique which is awesome and makes it all fluffy!)
Of course the concept is really amazing and very inspirational too and I love how the monuments are linked to the chains, it makes them look like little key holder that you can get as souvenirs in the cities you visited.
Obviously, the title is really appropriate and is a good alternative to "places I'd like to visit" that makes me like the drawing even more! It's rare to see such simple but well thought pieces of art.
That's really a strength, congrats, when I see this, I wish it has a DD, cause it would really deserve it more than some other things. (Can't help but say what I think x: sorry)
Thank you very much for your comment & kind words .. it really encouraged me to give my best in my coming art (especially traditional art). I like my art has some message , goal or a story behind it and glad you felt that in this piece
Beautiful job on the colouring of the wings/dress. And the concept itself is pretty eye-catching, with the contrast between the coloured 'reality' and the grey 'dreams': in spite of the latter being thus given an ethereal feeling, they also occupy quite some space in the picture, which makes them seem as tangible, as a real possibility, and not just mere dreams.
